We want you to feel confident and happy with every purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for eligible items.
To qualify for a return:

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition

All original packaging and tags must be intact

Proof of purchase is required
All returned items must be in a re-saleable condition.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned unless faulty:

Pacifiers and pacifier clips

Feeding products (bottles, teething items, etc.)

Any personal-use baby items
In addition:

Sale or discounted items are final sale and are not eligible for return or refund

Gift cards are non-refundable
Faulty or Damaged Items
If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Please include:

Your order number

A description of the issue

Photos of the item (where applicable)
All items will be assessed upon return.
If confirmed to be faulty, you are entitled to:

A replacement (if available), or
-
A full refund
Items will not be considered defective due to:

Normal wear and tear
-
Damage caused by incorrect use, handling, or washing
If an item is found not to be faulty, return and re-delivery costs will be for the customer’s account.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different item, please return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected:

You will be notified of the outcome

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days
Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items
Out of Stock Items
If an item you have ordered is unavailable, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer:

A delayed delivery

An alternative product

Or a full refund
