Shipping costs are added at checkout.

We currently use The Courier Guy for nationwide deliveries within South Africa.

Processing Times

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 3–5 business days after payment has been confirmed.

Please note that custom, personalised, pre-order, or made-to-order items may require additional processing time.

Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.

Delivery Times

Once your order has been dispatched, delivery times are dependent on The Courier Guy and your delivery area.

While we aim to ensure timely delivery, we cannot guarantee courier delivery timeframes and are not responsible for delays caused by the courier, weather conditions, strikes, public holidays, or other factors outside of our control.

Collection / Pickup

Collection is available in Durbanville by arrangement.

As we operate from a private pickup location, the collection address will only be provided once the order has been confirmed and payment has been received.

Customers will be contacted directly to arrange a suitable collection time.

Order Tracking

Tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched where applicable.

Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your shipping information is accurate before completing checkout.

We cannot be held responsible for parcels delayed or returned due to incorrect delivery details supplied by the customer.

Damaged or Missing Parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged or if items are missing, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number so we can assist you.
